Thank you for supporting Consider Her Studio.
Every order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. Whether you're purchasing a signed copy of left to wilt…yet SHE still blooms. or another piece from the shop, we're grateful you've made room for a little of what we create.
Please review the following information before placing your order.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Consider Her Studio ships physical products within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.
Processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, special releases, or periods of increased order volume.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping and delivery times are separate from processing times.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated or displayed during checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.
Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Consider Her Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Signed Books and Personalized Products
Signed copies of left to wilt…yet SHE still blooms. are personally signed by Tamara G. Bernaski.
If personalization is offered, please enter the requested name or details in the designated field during checkout.
If no personalization is requested, the book will be signed without a personalized dedication.
Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
We cannot guarantee changes to personalization requests once an order has entered preparation.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, including signed books, personalized items, limited collections, and select paper goods, all sales are generally final, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a product listing.
We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for:

Please review product descriptions, images, and personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want every order to arrive in good condition.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy as appropriate and required by applicable law.
Please retain the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized for a reason other than an error on our part or a defective product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
If a return is necessary because we sent an incorrect or defective item, we will provide appropriate instructions and address applicable return shipping costs in accordance with applicable law.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking information indicates that a package has been delayed, lost, or delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
You may also contact us at shop@itstamaragb.com so we can review the shipment information and assist where reasonably possible.
Responsibility for lost or undelivered orders will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, where permitted by law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@itstamaragb.com.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered preparation or fulfillment.
Personalized or customized products generally cannot be canceled once preparation has begun, except where required by law.
